Interested in starting a STAY VOCAL club or group in your school? Well here's a guide to help you get your club started. If you have further questions/concerns, please email us at info@stayvocal.com.

1. GET A TEACHER INVOLVED
* Ask a teacher who you are familiar with or that you have had in the past
* Have the teacher view the STAY VOCAL website and talk to them about the STAY VOCAL Ideas
* This teacher should be supportive of STAY VOCAL
* Have your teacher contact STAY VOCAL before making any further steps

2. SELECT OFFICERS FOR YOUR CLUB
If you have friends who are familiar with the ideas of STAY VOCAL, ask them to be officers for your Club. Here are the suggested officer roles:
* President
* Vice President
* Secretary (sends E-mails to Members of Events/New Updates)
* Events Coordinator
* Treasurer
* Merchandise Manager
* Public Relations Manager (Create Flyers/Banners to post around school, as well as creating a webpage / myspace page for your club)

3. HOW TO RAISE MONEY
* ask local restaurants/popular hangouts to do a fundraiser night for your STAY VOCAL Club
* collaborate with other clubs in your school and work together on fundraising activities
* take part in the STAY VOCAL ReUse bag sales program
* sell STAY VOCAL Face T-shirts, ReUse mugs and other items
* collect recyclable bottles/cans at school games/events OR around your town

4. WHAT TO DO WITH THE MONEY
* donate the money to a charitable organization
* purchase items from STAY VOCAL at wholesale prices to sell and raise more money for your club
* purchase things needed for possible activities/events you may have planned

5. EVENTS TO COORDINATE
There are plenty of creative minds out there that could come up with innovative activities/events to help support a local cause. The majority of your events should revolve around the core STAY VOCAL Ideas. Here are some events/activities for you to consider:

* Don't Drive Day - Walk / Bike / Skateboard to school Day
* Vegetarian / Vegan Lunch Day
* Buy Local Day - coordinate a shopping trip for necessary things from a local small business
* ReUse Day - have people donate reusable items for a local shelter or thrift store
* Pitch In Day - raise money for a charity
* Care Local Day - local trash and recycling clean up
* Optimism Week - This should be a week of positivity and paying it forward. You could have one activity per day of the week.
1. Compliment Day - wear a white shirt and have people write their compliments on your shirt.
2. Smile-all-Day
3. High-Fives Day
4. FREE HUGS Day
5. Favor Day
